How It Started
The company has its uniqueness in cassava foods innovation by placing a global trademark of acceptability on Africa most consumed daily food staple through hygienic processing, branding and packaging. Niji Foods is a member of the Niji Group and was incorporated in 2011.

Moving Forward
NIJI FOODS is undergoing operations expansion and consolidation due to the huge demand, thus is increasing production capacity by 600% (150MT/day). The production increased is also rising from the newly installed modular automated starch line which will be requiring 50tons/day of cassava per day. In 2016 Niji Foods partnered with United States Agency for International Development (USAID) under the Feed The Future Project with respect to an innovation that process cassava peels into livestock feeds. All Niji Foods products are available nationwide and across most African countries, some parts of Europe and America.
