Mr. Kolawole Adeniji is the founder and chief executive officer of Niji Group. The group comprises of various enterprise cutting across food production & storage, specialized farming, hospitality, equipment fabrication and agribusiness education. He is a certified Mechanical Engineering Technologist with special interest in design, construction and manufacturing of agricultural and industrial equipment. He has over Thirty-five years work experience on various leadership roles in technical services, equipment designs and fabrication. He has competency in factory troubleshooting in addition to his proficiency in the fabrication of agricultural machineries and agro-processing equipment. He has earned various awards in Nigeria, other African countries and also consulting for various African countries on Agribusiness and agricultural development.

Mr. Kolapo Adeniji is a dedicated agribusiness professional with a BSc in Agronomy from Babcock University and over three years of experience in agriculture, specializing in cassava production and agro-processing. He completed his national service year at the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) Business Incubation Platform (BIP), gaining hands-on experience in agricultural innovation and sustainability. As a Director at Niji Group, he oversees the operations of the Niji Institute of Sustainable Agriculture (NISA) and manages the company’s feed mill operations, driving sustainable agricultural growth and employment creation.
Passionate about agricultural transformation, Kolapo is committed to empowering farmers, fostering innovation, and strengthening value-chain integration. His vision is to position Niji Group as a leader in sustainable agriculture, agro-processing, and agribusiness, leveraging technology and mechanization to enhance productivity and resilience.

Mr. Damilola Adeniji is a results-driven professional with a strong foundation in business administration and corporate operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration from Babcock University and has extensive experience in corporate management.
As a Director and the Administrative Assistant Manager at Niji Group, he plays a key role in ensuring seamless administrative functions, optimizing business processes, and supporting strategic decision-making. With expertise in organizational efficiency, operations planning, and team coordination, Damilola is dedicated to driving operational excellence, fostering a productive work environment, and contributing to the company’s long-term success.

Jones Feyisike Gbolayori, currently serves as the Admin Manager of the group. A trained Engineer with his first degree in Agricultural engineering from the Federal University of Technology Akure and a Masters degree from Jilin Agricultural University, Changchun, PR China. He has experience cutting across agro-allied equipment fabrication, capacity development, agribusiness education and general education. He has attended a number of symposia and educational summits and also has been a major contributor in about three research articles published in reputable journals.

Femi is a trained field extension officer and Agronomist with 11years work experience in restoring failing farms and managing the new ones. He has B.Agric Crop Protection and Environmental Biology from University of Ibadan (UI). He also has proven skills in maintaining heavy duty Agricultural implements. Femi co-supervises a workforce of over 30 persons for different operations ranging from core farm mechanization operations, planting, weed management and harvesting activities at NIJI Farms.

Olatunji Isaac is the Admin/Accountant of Ripples Hotel. He holds BSc. Political Science from University of Ilorin. He has more than 7years of working experience as an Administrator and Finance Officer. He has previously worked with Crystal Neldar Nig Ltd. He is married with children.

Akiode Oluwole Olusanya is an accounting graduate from the University of Lagos and an associate member of Loan and Risk Management. He worked with Procter & Gamble at the Ibadan branch in 2006 before joining GTBank, where he was employed from 2007 to 2012. In 2013, he moved to MLex Nig Ltd, where he remained until 2023, before joining Niji Agro Services in 2024. In 2014, he won the Best Customer-Centric Award. Akiode Oluwole Olusanya is a passionate professional with a strong interest in the agro-business sector.

Adeola is a trained processor with over eight(8) years experience. He has B.Eng in Agric. Engineering from Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta(FUNAAB).

Adeola co-supervises a workforce of over 30 personnel across the production process at the processing factory.
